Delete your SpritzSpot account
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
You can delete your SpritzSpot account directly inside the app, or contact support if you cannot access the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the SpritzSpot app.
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your SpritzSpot account and ask us to delete your account.
Please include the words “account deletion request” in your message so we can identify it quickly.
What data is deleted
Account deletion removes your SpritzSpot sign-in account and attempts to remove associated personal data that we are not legally required to keep. This may include account profile details, saved account data, and user-generated content associated with the account where technically possible.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, app integrity, or platform compliance reasons. Some anonymised or aggregated data may also be retained because it no longer identifies you.
